• Only registered, bonafide, active Dealers of First Vita Plus are eligible to join this Raffle Promo.
   

• Every net personal purchase of First Vita Plus products from JANUARY 9, 2017 to DECEMBER 30, 2017 of Php 500.00 (single transaction) entitles the Dealer to one (1) Raffle Ticket. PAY IN CASH and you get DOUBLE the number of RAFFLE TICKETS.
   

• Qualifying purchases include regular product purchases on First Vita Plus products only.
   

• Every purchase of a Power Pack also entitles the New Dealer and Direct Sponsor to one (1) Raffle Ticket each. PAY IN CASH and you get TRIPLE the number of RAFFLE TICKETS for both the Sponsor and New Dealer.
   

• All valid raffle tickets are entitled to win the raffle prize available.
   

• THERE WILL BE SIXTEEN (16) CASH PRIZE WINNERS.
   

• Claim Raffle Tickets at the First Vita Plus Head Office and the FVP Davao Branch.
   

• Drop Box will be available at the Head Office, at the Davao Branch and all Authorized FVP Product Centers.
   

• Deadline for claiming and dropping of Raffle Tickets is 8:00 PM, JANUARY 5, 2018.
